I will continue to take my automobiles to this establishment because of the great service and customer focus. The work force is professional and experienced.

Worst

Had the brakes replaced on all four wheels. Still makes noise after the third return visit. Taking to the dealer for service....

The guys at Gulf Coast run a professional shop where a young lady can always feel comfortable. They are polite, knowledgeable, prompt, organized, reasonably priced, and the waiting area is clean. I felt completely comfortable sitting in the waiting area and reading a book or working on my ipad or laptop the times I've chosen to stay and wait while they completed repairs. more

Never disappoints 10/1/2014

We contacted Gulf Coast regarding our 97 Chevy truck that wouldn't start. They came out and owed it to their shop, and after an extensive review, discovered that the engine would need to be replaced. The cost of the replacement engine outweighed the value of the truck so we decided not to do it. However, they recommended a company that might offer us some money to sell the truck to this company. Gulf Coast stated that this company had been more than fair in an offer price made to a previous customer. Overall Gulf Coast is an honest, dependable professional company that I would highly recommend. They repaired another car for me that the dealership could not! more

Outstanding service 9/24/2014

I had an unexpected issue with the primer leaking on my diesel truck and just dropped by to see if they could look at it for me. They not only looked at it but repaired it the same day. They also gave me a ride to pick up my rental vehicle and gave me a ride to drop it back off. You just don't find companies like this one anymore very often. more

Professional trustworthy service 9/1/2014

My truck stranded me at work and would barely run. I called Randy and he sent a tow truck for me. The driver was very courteous. He took his time to make sure my truck was handled with care. Randy had it repaired for me the next afternoon. He took my payment info over the phone since I couldn't make it before closing time. Having problems with a vehicle is always a headache. Randy made the entire process as painless as possible and I really appreciated that. Gulf Coast Auto & Truck Repair is a top notch, professionally operated repair facility. more

Quality work and a shop you can trust to do the right thing with the work performed and parts replaced. They go above and beyond with there service which is hard to find today. Helped get me to my rental vehicle twice. I will continue to use this shop and recommend it to my friends. more

Quality Honest service 6/3/2014

The great customer service and honesty I have experienced since finding this shop. They do what they say they are going to do and are always honest about what needs to be done or not done. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys keep it up. I asked Blake the other day how long they had been in business and he told me around 30 years and no wonder considering how they treat the customers. There are not many shops like this left I can assure you. more
