I have been loyal to this auto shop since I bought my first new SUV and that's been almost 10 yrs. They are honest and if you tell them your on a budget they will let you know ahead of time if the repair cost will be more than you can afford. I know this because I am always on a budget.. They are honest and down to earth guys who respect everyone's concerns about their car. I like that they send out reminders of when my car's oil need to be change, cause I'm always forgetting those simple things.. Keep up the great work guys... !!! I've been going to Good Neighbor tire for 10 years. And their name represents how they treat you as a customer--just like they are your good neighbor. They are fast, fair priced, and very dependable. Travis Wiseman, their Service Manager, has a huge knowledge of the tire and auto repair business. Through his pleasant ""can do"" attitude, he makes the process easy. I doubt I'd ever go back to the big car dealerships where you have to get a number and stand in line, then they treat you like you are lucky that they are willing to work on your car. Good Neighbor is exceptional! Pros: Good price for great work, and friendly people. Cons: Not 1 con in the 10 years I've been going there! more

Great Prices and Really Nice People 2/27/2009

I took my wife's Camry in to have the brakes checked and was surprised to find that they were really messed up. Travis took the time to show me what had to be done and helped me get a ride home and had the job done in just a few hours. Great service guys! more

Wow. Why can't I get service like this at the other places I shop. First I was greeted promptly - with the guy talking to me rather than his co-worker. My wife's car needed some brake work so Travis had the mechanic check it and then showed me the problem. I got a really good price and they gave me a ride home and then came and got me when it was done. I'll definitely go back again. Pros: Nice People. Full service - not just tires. Cons: None more
