Glazed and Confused

Staff got misc. paint on my 2 items I painted. Donna said she would fix by a given date. Never called and not completed when I called the following week. Said she would get done that week and call. Never called and told her I would be there on Sat. to pick up. She said she would call the next day to let me know if items fixed. Still never called. Went there on Sat. and not only to learn one item was not ready. Then learned it couldn't be fixed so she repainted the item and the staff asked me to come back. She never called to let me know or ask if I wanted her to paint something I took the time to do myself. I wanted my money back on both items but her staff didn't know how to do a return without a receipt so have to wait once again. Worst experience that I will be letting everyone know about. more

Glazed and Confused is a paint your own pottery shop. It is always so much fun to pick out a piece and make it your own. The staff is so nice and very artistic. They were very helpful in helping to decide colors and paint techniques. We also used Glazed and Confused to make a guest platter for our wedding that all the guests signed instead of a book. They did a very nice job painting over and glazing it. more
