Four And Twenty Sailors

I love this store! I have been shopping here forever. I'm not sure why people have a few negative reviews about their experience. Every time I go in the women who work there have been super sweet and helpful. Most people know Four and Twenty for their adorable baby and children's clothes, but they also have super cute clothes for girls my age (23). I love the clothing Four and Twenty carries because they are unique, whenever I wear something from here people compliment me and ask where it came from. The shoes are always great finds as well. They have cute and fun heels, boots and flats (my favorite brand is jeffery campbell and they carry it)! Last, but not least, the jewelry. Four and Twenty carries Katie Waltman's jewelry and it is amazing! She mixes unique beads and charms with gorgeous chains, I love it!! If you haven't been to this store and are looking for some fun new things to add to your wardrobe I would highly recommend you check it out! more

When I want a special gift or something memorable for my children I am never disappointed at Four and Twenty Sailors. I have bought my two daughters their Christmas and Easter dresses their almost every year since they were born. Now that they are teenagers they still have found wonderful dance dresses and some great sweaters and skirts for school. I have son who is 10 years old, he needed a jacket for Cotillion, The wonderful salespeople made him feel great about getting dressed up (they have a great selection on boys silk ties) and they had it altered for me in one day. I have bought some of my favorite items for my self their also they have great ladies shoes and skirts and sweaters casual tops. They've always been very nice and worked hard to help my find things that worked well for me and my family. They've also been great about and exchanges or returns I know they will take care of me. Not like some stores who won't give you a refund under any circumstances. I've never been disappointed here, the owner and her sales staff have bent over backwards for me and been very kind. This shop has some beautiful baby clothes and other items, but their customer service really is terrible. The salespeople aren't just unhelpful, they're also rude. I'd much rather support a store that values its customers. I wouldn't ever go back unless I was looking for something specific (like a christening gown) and couldn't find one I liked anywhere else. more

I live in the area and suggested the shop to my mom who was visiting. The cashier was rude and acted put out that we were even there. She was annoyed when we tried to clarify if something was on sale, and then, when an item was mis-marked, she acted like it was our fault we thought it was on sale. She made comments like, ""that price wouldn't even pay for the shipping!"" She said she would only sell it for an additional $70 above the marked price. She made accusatory statements like, ""Where did you find this?!"" more
