My husband sends me flowers all the time. It is always special and I always love receiving them. The last time he sent me an arrangement from a different place that he had just discovered. It is called Flowerama of Dallas. The flowers were beautiful and they lasted forever. He was really pleased with the service he received as well. He told me he was able to get me more than usual because the prices were really reasonable. I was also pleased with the design of the arrangement. I look forward to getting more flowers and plants from this shop in the future. Pros: My husband loves this place more

Flowerama is great!! They always have what i'm looking for or help me find what i'm looking for even if they can't provide it for me. The staff is always very friendly and they have a wonderful selection of flowers all through the year. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants an easy flower shopping experience :) more

FLOWERAMA IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. I WENT IN TO BUY A CHRISTMAS CENTERPIECE, I AM VERY PICKY ABOUT WHAT I WANT, AND WILLIAM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. I love this place. They took extra special care of me. I came in late and they stayed past closing time to take care of me. The owner is an excellent designer and he went way beyond the call of duty to help me. I would recommend this place to any one. The FloweramaDallas website was very easy to use and ordering online was simple. The website allowed me to choose same day delivery with a delivery charge, which I paid. I also added a note to ensure it gets delivered the same day. I called FloweramaDallas later that day, to make sure my order was still getting delivered on time. They informed me casually that it did not go out the same day, and it will get delivered sometime the next day. I asked them since they could not deliver what was promised, if they could send it to my girlfriend's office address instead. They agreed and I gave them the office address. They promised this will be delivered first thing the next morning. I called the following afternoon, to check on this delivery, and they casually informed me that they could not find a zipcode, and they decided to send it to the home address instead (where it will sit in the sun till late that evening when my girlfriend gets back from work - something I specifically asked them not to do). Further discussion with them made me feel like I ordered from a company who should not be in the flower business in the first place. Enough said. I ordered flowers from the website, which was very easy by the way, to be delivered on Valentines Day. Of course, on the day they were to be delivered they didn?t show so I called the number on the order form to see where the order was. My wife was leaving town that night and wanted her to get the flowers that I spent $100 dollars on before she left. Basically was told that they could not comment on any orders until after 6pm. I called back at 6pm and they told me that a manager would have to call me back the next day to cancel the order (which I didn?t want to have to do). No call the next day. As a matter of fact, I called the store and they didn?t even answer. So I called the headquarters number and got a hold of a very nice lady named Brenda. She tried to help me out, but wasn?t getting any response from the owner either. I finally get a hold of him today to discuss and he really was abrupt and non apologetic about how his service failed to provide what you advertise. He just cancelled the order and pretty much brushed me off. I would think that he would try to make things right or at least be somewhat sorry for what happened, but he wasn?t. All this boils down to me not using your service anymore which is a shame. Pros: Great website from corporate Cons: They don't deliver on time more

I found a great little shop with friendly helpful people. It is called Flowerama. They are open seven days a week and have a designer available most of the time. I called with a last minute funeral need and they were able to help me. I was so releived as I stopped by their shop at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. The funeral spray William designed for us was beautiful. Thank God they were open and he was there. I woule recommend this shop to everyone. I recently experienced the death of my mother. It was a terrible time which was made even more difficult by having to make all of the arrangements for the funeral. We went to a few other places before finding Flowerama and were not impressed. We were hurting and confused by our circumstances and we felt that we were ""just another customer"" until we went to Flowerama. The people at this shop were very helpful and the arrangements they made for my mom were outstanding. The people there are always friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make sure that I have a good experience. Friendly, helpful, talented, and fun! This is a great place to shop for flowers. I have been shopping here for years and have found that they are always helpful and fun to work with. Their service and arrangements are great but their value is even better. Don't be put off by their low prices...their flowers are first class and their arrangements are great. They have a wide variety of arrangements also. We have done a lot of business with them and we had one occasion where there was a problem....BUT THEY CORRECTED IT AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. This is a great place to shop for flowers and gifts. I was amazed with the quality, value, and service this florist offered. I found that the same products at other florists cost much more and the quality and service at Flowerama was better. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
