The owner and broker for this company is Danny Lai. He can speak English, Madarin, and Cantonese. This house has the ability to provide both mortgage and realtor services but I had only used their mortgage services before. So I can not comment on realtor services. Danny is a very careful person. In the plus side, your loan has very low chances to get turn down once it goes into process. The problem is also that he is so very careful, you will need to provide a lot of information for him. Sometimes, more than what you need to provide to other brokers. Rate is good.

The State Bank of Texas started out being just one bank created by Indian for Indian, although everyone is welcome there. The idea behind it is that business will be better if the person you are getting a loan from is from the same country you are from. So far it appears to have paid off. With four metroplex locations, business is certainly good for them. But, competition is lurking around the corner. If you are Indian and prefer and Indian banker, then go to State Bank of Texas.
