First Choice Collision Center

My first review was not a good one, But since then The Arlington location made things right with my car.This is a great company. I do recomend the Arlington location the best work I have ever seen very professional. They came all the way to coppell to bring me a rental car and only had my car a half a day to fix the problem and cleaned my car.People do make mistakes, But what is important is they corrected the pr oblem and made it right. more

They had my car over a month and it had scratches,fisheyes,hair in the paint,chips,so they repainted it and then put the headlight on after they painted it and messed up the paint job again and repainted it again now the paint doesn't match and I was cursed out by the painter in front of my son he used the F word and argued with me over this saying I want it to be perfect and it was my fault the car was in there because I wrecked it. I was told they will not fix this problem I was treated very unprofessional and now I'm stuck with a mix match paint job. I was told in the begining lifetime warranty...What a joke.They didn't even offer to put me into a rental.They had my car so long I maxed on the rental. They gave me my car back nasty dirty white stuff all over inside and out.Horrible treatment and work more

This is a small auto body shop but they do great work. I found them by word of mouth and they turned out to do even more then we asked at a better price then we thought possible. They kept us informed about their progress and we had our truck back in no time. The people were very friendly and informative. more

They beat the next best price by over $100. There would be no need to go anywhere else to even get an estimate. They did a great job fixing my vehicle and they did it very quickly. I have recommended First Choice to friends when they had problems and all of them had the same experiance that I did. more
