This place has recently changed its name from Fantastic Sams to West Coast Cuts, the people are still the same. You get your basic haircut fast if you go during slower morning hours. Basic haircut is $12 with the local coupons. Nothing fancy here and even then it is hit-and-miss. Last time I went, the lady who cut my hair had left longer strands and I had to point those out.Even then, she did not do a great job cutting all of them, I had to finish it myself at home.
