Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Whenever I rent a car it is through Enterprise. I have never had an issue and have always been satisfied. On a recent trip to Charlotte I rented a car. Prior to returning the car I filled the tank, squeezing in to top the tank off as I had 8 miles to drive back to the airport. I returned the car, signed the statement and then looked at the statement later in an email, I had been charged an additional $17.00 for four gallons of gas. There was no way they could put more gas in the tank than I had. In the two weeks that have passed the issue remains unresolved. Looks like I will live with being over-charged this time. I will read my statement much closer in the future.....live and learn I guess. more

Once I reserved a car with them online so that on the day I am ready to get my parents home from another state from atlanta international airport. I double checked with them two times before the date of rental. When I went to get the car there, they said that I will not get the car. I owe them $2800 some for damages and towing. I did not get the car and had to rent from another place last minute. I was asked to speak to John O'donell. After two days, on Monday when I contacted him, he takes my info and says that yes, I do owe them. Then after going back to the history John realized that they have a glitch in the system. They keep track of customers using telephone numbers. Some idiot had my current telephone number two years ago and now that Bellsouth has given me this telephone number for my new residence. Enterprise rent a car's system shows that I owe them the money for the damages caused by the other person. I would like to nominate this type of recordkeeping for a "Enterprise Foo more
