Once I reserved a car with them online so that on the day I am ready to get my parents home from another state from atlanta international airport. I double checked with them two times before the date of rental.

Some idiot had my current telephone number two years ago and now that Bellsouth has given me this telephone number for my new residence. Enterprise rent a car's system shows that I owe them the money for the damages caused by the other person.
