The doctor himself is very competent and courteous. The staff is also trained but can be easily overwhelmed when its busy and loose track of the events and persons. The Cupertino place gets crammed with too many people sometimes. The Dr. and the staff has strong connections in the indian community which helps to keep steady flow of customers coming in.\r more

I heard Dr. Pannu on the radio talking about the importance of flossing and so I put some in my purse and have been doing it religiously and at my last appointment was told that my teeth look way better, less plaque, and it takes only a couple minutes.\r more

Impressed and grateful 3/13/2012

I heard Dr. Pannu on KLOK and finally decided to try him out since it was close to my house in Fremont. Dr. Pannu was very friendly with my kid and what amazed me was his experience. I had shown my son to another Pediatric orthodontic specialist and was told that 3 teeth had to be extracted to get rid of one extra tooth and had even scheduled the date for a minor operation. But Dr. Pannu just sedated my kid locally and extracted just the extra tooth within 5 minutes. My son loves him now. All his baby teeth are still in place now. more

I recently had visited Pannu Dental after a friend referred me for my 5 year old daughter. They were very good in working with small kids and were patient, calm and caring. I personally recommend Dr. Rupal Shah and her friendly nature. more
