I can honestly say the cookies were good however the customer service the young lady gave to an elderly woman down right horrible! The elderly woman asked for fresh coffee instead...

I can honestly say the cookies were good however the customer service the young lady gave to an elderly woman down right horrible! The elderly woman asked for fresh coffee instead of saying she would make fresh coffee after the 2 customers in liner were taken care she told the lady she wouldn't make any because there was a line! Not to mention she had a young man working with her. She is extremely rude and didn't even look like she felt bad! I think the manager needs to have 101 customer service training with their staff. I won't be back. more

The Cookie Factory is located on the lower level of White Oaks Mall. They not only have wonderful cookies, but also rice krispie treats icees, and they even serve sandwich meals! The Cookie Factory can be a rewarding place for your kids if they behaved during your entire shopping trip! more
