Great ! Jennifer Smith is wonderful, does dogs AND cats.The place is NOT a beauty parlor so do not expect that, you going to see pets ! She has a giant cage with 2 parrots and several cats. \r It is nice, reasonable priced and she does good work - She also sells flea products (not available commercially for a very good price) I have seen Veterinarians bring their dogs there for her service.\r I think she is the best in Floyd County * more

Things aren't always what they seem 10/26/2010

From everything I have both read and seen Jennifer at Clippers and Bows can make animals look amazing, but the obedience training she offers is simply ridiculous. True enough, you get what you pay for (being that her boarded training is the least expensive in the area) but given all the wonderful reviews she has had, I expected more. After a month away from my dog, she behaves no better. She knows to sit, but that is all. What a waste of time for my kids to be away from their dog! What a waste of money too! more

Clippers N'Bows is Excellent 8/19/2009

I have been taking my poets to Jennifer for over 7 years and have never thought of changing groomers. They are loved and come back happy. My oldest dog Duke knows what it means to go to the Beauty parlor and while he can,t jump into the car anymore he hustles to the door so he can go see his friends. Take your babies to Jennifer with confidence. They will come back looking like they stepped out of the ring. more

No One More Qualified!!!!! 5/10/2006

Jennifer is the only pet groomer in this area that is a Registered Veterinary Technician.... She has well over a decade of experience working in animal nursing, grooming, obedience training and showing dogs. Her in-depth experience in so many aspects of pet care translate into more knowledgable advice and better care for your pet.
