This is a great spa that has stood the test of time. While others come and go this one is still around. You can do all sorts of things here. They have free weights, aerobics, spinning, you name it! They have childcare if you have to bring the kids along. You can even get a personal trainer to work with you. If you need a health spa with lots of options and decent membership fees, then check them out. You can even get a couple of free visits to see if the gym is for you.

She's down to earth, little country, but she can do some sculptured nails. It might cost $5 more than other places, but it was worth it. You will also like Buffey's the place she is located they have clothing(cute stuff for the beach) Even plus sizes for me. And they do massage, hair, and tanning.

The Rome Health Spa offers great classes at convenient hours. As far as the gym itself, I??m not a big fan. I do like the separation of areas for men and women at certain times, but the equipment isn??t the greatest. It works for the price, but don??t expect top notch machines.

Ri has a way of making her customers feel right at home. She is usually quick which allows the customer to get the desired services and get on with life. Ri offers a plethora of services. Her salon is always clean and she always has new products to browse. Ri has made a name for herself for offering the best manicure in town. She works hard and it shows in her return clients. Her prices are very reasonable. The addition of the hair salon should bring in even more business.
