BEST Cardiology Practice in Charlotte 3/15/2007

When calling this office you actually get a human being on the phone! I find this very refreshing after all of the automated answering services used in offices today. Everyone is friendly, caring and more than willing to assist the PATIENT. I felt as if I was the most important patient there and observed that all patients were treated the same way. A very positive experience and highly recommend this group to anyone searching for a cardiologist. Pros: Easily accessible, Friendly staff, no waiting more

Great cardiac care!! 3/15/2007

Dr. Jacoby is kind, compassionate, and actually cares about his patients needs as well as their cardiac health. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Charlotte Cardiology takes heart care to a new level! Pros: Friendly, Easy Parking, Accomodating when scheduling, Takes time to listen Cons: None at this time more
