All I needed was some help with a headlight. It sounds silly, but I didn’t know where to begin. I found this shop while driving to my dealership. I am glad I stopped in. It was a fast fix and was only charged for the light. It would have been a lot more If I had taken it to the dealership. Thanks guys! more

I went to start my car and it would not run. My neighbor recommended that I call his mechanic. I was very surprised that the shop was willing to send someone out to take a look at the problem. Later that afternoon a mechanic showed up and told me that I just needed a new battery. He gladly towed my car to the shop and replaced it right away. They have won a new patron! more

Very polite employees here. They greeted me professionally and asked questions about my car to get down to the bottom of what was going on. I had my car within the promised time frame and it was returned to me in the clean order that I left it. more

I think Carson Auto Repair has one of the most professional service teams in the area. The engine of my Volvo was making a funny sound and I had it checked in two other places before I came to them, no one could figure out the problem. They diagnosed it in a couple of hours and after we agreed on the costs, everything was fixed in one day. Great service M.M more

Didnt have to wait 11/16/2011

My brakes had to get fixed and I had my 4 year old with me. My son started to get real antsy and my stress level got higher and higher. One of the repair guys came over to me and asked if I wanted them to offer me a car or a ride somewhere. Thought it was nice that I didnt have to sit and wait with my son. I havent had a place offer me that before. more

Great customer service 10/27/2011

My car had been giving me so many issues over the last few months. I had just taken to a repair place and was quoted over $1100.00 to get it repaired. I had just lost my job and was on umemployment. I could not afford to pay that amount. After checking into other service places on the internet, I came accross carson auto repair. I ended up taken my car into them. They were able to take care of all the issues. They went over the other bid with me when I questioned not fixing everything that was on the other bid I recieved. They let me know that almost half of the stuff didnt need to be repaired. Apparently the other place was trying to get me to pay for things that werent even an issue and knowing I was tight on money. I owe carson auto repair a HUGE thank you for taking such good care of me. You have a new customer for life! more
