Car Spa Inc

Was a nice day outside, so I thought I'd be lazy and pay for my truck to be washed. Arrived about noon, there were alot of people waiting for their vehicles to be washed so I obviously wasn't being the only lazy one. I selected the $29.00 car wash. About an hour later, I got my truck back. Over all, I guess if you don't look close, I guess they did a okay job. After looking closer, i noticed that the paint under my fenders was not even touch, the front bumper and grill, wasn't completely clean, the top of my truck cab was dirty, side windows were dirty and chrome exhaust was never touched and dirty. After getting home and I cleaned it properly. I wouldn't go throw money out the window again for half a job again. more

We use Car Spa all the time, they do a great job and are always very nice, you may need a little patience on the weekend because they're very busy but isn't that the same everywhere? We go because they do detailing not more

The service is good until you find out that things in your car will disappear. I am NOT going back there after my iPod and my Dior sunglasses were missing from my car. I don't believe that signing a piece of paper saying that ""Car Spa is not responsible for valuables in you car disappearing"" gives them the rights to choose what they want to take from your car. I complained to them right after I realized my things were gone (about an hour after I got my car back), but there was nothing they could do to help me. I talked to 3 different people about it, including the manager, and nothing could be done because I signed that piece of paper... So I AM NOT BRINGING MY CAR BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, and I warn whoever decides to do so... more

Gave up on Car Spa a year ago, stained my seats in my car.. Needed to get the car washed completely from the snow and salt on the roads, so i took it to them using a coupon i get from there site, watched them do my car, use to see the with bottles of window cleaner, but not no more, they using the same rags they use to wipe down the car. Inside front window very poorly done, rear window not even touched. Walked around car before leaving still say dirty spots, water, where is the QC manager when you need them. more

I wash my truck there all the time I get my oil changed and regular maintenence too. You get a free car wash with the oil change. I'm always happy with the results. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee, free wifi and a flat screen TV. Everyone is always nice there too. more

I just got my truck washed here. After it was cleaned I gave it a quick once over. The inside was clean, but 1 of my chrome mud flap girls was missing. It's obviously after market, so I know that fixing it was on me. No big deal, it's happened once before in Cali when it accidently got snagged by a towel. However, they didn't place it back in the truck here in VA for me to put it back on. When they were asked where it was they ""looked"" for it but couldn't find it. It wasn't a busy day. In the hour and change I was there, there were only 2 other customers. Pretty shady if you ask me. more

When car was done being cleaned I noticed my antenna on my dashboard of my car. The person cleaning it had already left. I put the antenna back on my car and noticed a gouge from my paint around the antenna. I saw the cleaning person and after pointing this out he got his GM and the GM said that he wasn't gong to do anything about it and advised after I tossed his cleaning rags and brush away from my car that he had the NUTS to say that I was going to be carried away by the police.
