Just had my first appointment at the new location.I have been going to Capretti for well over the past decade and in that time have seen many changes and growth take place but one thing has remained the same, the exceptional service, clean environment and the staffs ability to make you feel like part of the family. Its nice to see a company have success and grow yet not forget what got them there. Renee always treats me as if I am the most important client they have. Wishing them much success at the second location. more

Amazing Experience 2/8/2012

I came in needing a change and needing to be pampered, and I came out with both! Jill gave me a tremendous cut and wonderful color. It was such an amazing experience, and I received a ton of compliments on my new style. My only regret is that I don't get to come back for another six weeks! more

Loved it! 2/8/2012

I went to the new Settlers Ridge location and it was beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly (unlike other salons I have been to in Pittsburgh). The stylist, Danielle, was great. She asked me questions about me haircare routine that unfortunately no other stylist I had been to in the area asked me, so I immediately felt I was in good hands. The cut is excellent, my hair looks thicker and fuller and she did exacatly what I asked her to do, and I didn't even have a picture. I am making this my new salon. If you are new to the area, as I am, save yourself some time and go here. more

Friendly, Pampering Salon 2/5/2012

I have been going to Capretti and Co for years. Whenever your arrive the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. This salon is clean, classy and really cares about you. George is great, listens to my concerns and is very honest when I am unsure of a cut or color. I take both kids, ages 14 and 11. To please this age group with a cut they like says a lot for this salon. The quality of the products they use, really shows. Plan on staying with Caprettis for along time to come! more

An Amazing Experience 2/4/2012

I came in needing not just a change but a total pick-me-up and I definitely received both! Jill did an INCREDIBLE cut and highlights on me and treated me to a total princess afternoon! I felt completely pampered and my style looks even better than the pictures I brought in to show what I was hoping to get. I HIGHLY recommend ths salon; Jill is a GENIUS!!! more

Everything was perfect 1/21/2012

My appointment included cut, color, mani and brow wax and start to finish was done in less than 2 hours. Although the salon was very busy, my stylist, Erin, was focused on my services and made my experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend the salon, and Erin, to my friends. more
