Really Fun 4/16/2006

I love to visit Busch Gardens! It fun but you also get your exercise because it's such a big amusement park. I like to ride the train around the park and visit the different countries. I liked the new ride Dark Castle the graphics were really cool. Dining there can be expensive but why not splurge while you're there. I really enjoyed the funnel cake, it's one of my all time favorite's there. I like the water rides, especially on a hot summer day. They have vendors throughout the park were you can get a tattoo, your picture drawn, or just really cool busch garden souvenirs. If you are looking for a fun family place I would really recommend Busch gardens. more

Lots of Fun! 9/12/2005

There is something for everyone here! Our young kids loved the kids rides. The lines can get long and it is expensive. The food is overpriced and not as good as it looks. There is not a lot of shade and in the middle of summer it can get quite hot. The water rides are a great way to cool off. It is a clean, fun environment to take the whole family. more

Great fun! 8/20/2005

Busch gardens is a really great amusement park. It's got a really great combination of fast rides (like Alpengeist and Apollo's chariot), slower rides (like the Roman Rapids water ride, and the log flume) and an assortment of eateries and shops, including a huge German-style Oktoberfest hall! Expensive to get in, depending on when you go, but great fun. Can get VERY busy on summer weekends. more

love it! 8/18/2005

I used to go to Busch Gardens every year, whether on a class trip, or with friends. I love rollercoasters, and there are some good ones here. My personal favorite is Apollo's Chariot, a sit-down coaster that has no loops, just giant drops. There is lots of pretty good food (pretty expensive food, but so it goes with amusement parks), shows, rides, and things to see. Great place for kids and adults alike. more

Busch Gardens-Williamsburg 8/14/2005

Busch Gardens in Williamsburg has gotten pricier and pricier each passing year... but so has a lot of other things and places. This place is worth every penny. My favorite ride of all time is still the Lochness Monster. This is one ride you'll never get tired of riding. Expect the lines to be long especially if you plan on visiting during the weekend. I can't recall the name of the restaurant, but it offers BBQ on a bun and it's on our "must to do" list every time we visit Busch Gardens. The water and the lemonade at the kiosks are outrageouly priced, but what do you expect. Some employees are friendlier than others... one minute your getting greeted, the next minute, it's like you're not even there. If you take the monorail to Anheuser-Busch, which is also located in the park, you get to tour the brewery and later sample their beer... just don't for get to bring your ID because they will card you. more

Busch Gardens 8/9/2005

Busch Gardens is great fun for the whole family. It is a bit expensive to get in but the park has so much to offer and you can spend all day and still not do everything. . The restaurants are overpriced so I would suggest bringing your own food but that would be my only real complaint. The way the parkis a blast and the kids could spend all day just doing that alone. I highly recommend taking the family for a fun day. more

Wonderful park! 8/9/2005

This is a great theme park that is located in Williamsburg, VA. I have visited the park on several occasions and the park is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The park is divided into several "countries" themes and each section has food and shops that follow that theme, as well as the rides are in the theme as well. It has a wonderful children's section, with a wide array of rides for little ones. It is a great park for a great day of fun! more

Great Fun For the Entire Family 8/8/2005

Busch Gardens is tremendous fun for the entire family. Admission is expensive, but the park is large and jam packed with stuff to do. If you're not a roller coaster rider, Busch Gardens may be a bit lacking, but there are still plenty of other rides and exibits to keep you amused. The stores and restaurants are somewhat overpriced as they are at all amusement parks, but the food in Italy is fantastic and worth the price! The way the park is set up into various countries is not only fun but educational, and makes for a great learning experience for the kids. more
