I love Pizza Hut because the pizza sauce is bland. If you have a sensitive stomach this is the safest brand of pizza. This particular Pizza Hut is nice. It's clean, the staff is friendly, it's generally a 20 minute wait for your food (average), and the pizza is always great. The building however has a weird ceiling that makes it very noisy. It's best to eat here at off peak hours so you don't have to get a headache from the ambient noise caused by other's conversations bouncing around the ceiling. Also, the bathrooms are pretty clean, could be a little better but they are acceptable.

Good food at great prices fast. I love the french fries here, they're better than most places. Something particular about this Wendy's is there's a couple of booth seats. These are much more comfortable than the hard metal or wood chairs found at most other Wendy's. They still have plenty of those type of chairs here but at least there are a few comfortable booth seats. Conveniently located on Richmond Road. I usually eat here before heading down to Prime Outlets for some shopping.

This Food Lion had a small deli with a bad selection of meats and salads were non existant. Prices were high. Store is not laid out logically things were spread out you had to walk through the whole store trying to find things. I'm glad that this was a vacation stop not my regular store.

The best drip coffee, bagels and muffins I have ever had! They have many different and unusual types of bagels and cream cheeses, as well as huge cake-like muffins. All of the food is fresh and delicious. Everyone there is friendly, and after going a few times, they get to know you.

A nice, quaint café in the touristy part of town. A little expensive, and the coffee was not the greatest, but it seems to have a good atmosphere. The acoustics are terrible, so if there is live music, it is hard to hear anything else. I did not have a meal there, but the desserts are delicious.

If you ask most locals in the Williamsburg area where to go for great BBQ they will say go to Pierces Pitt. It is more of a fast food type restaurant and has inside seating as well as picnic tables and grassy areas for those on the road. It is a little off the beaten path but not too far off of exit 235 on I64. There are small signs to follow but you might need to stop and ask for directions. They are known for their pork bbq sandwiches and have great prices as well as a kids menu offered.

This is the perfect place in Williamsburg to go for pancakes. I love the gazebo inside as it creates an interesting focal point. The coffee and pancakes are delicious and the staff is very friendly. They also have a nice little giftshop to get some Williamsburg themed items. The prices are very reasonable.

First, let me note that I have only ordered takeout from this restaurant. But the food is always hot and fresh, and always delicious! They give you a lot of food for the price. Usually, one dish can feed about 2-3 people.
The things that I have ordered have not been anything new and unusual in chinese cuisine, but they take usual chinese dishes and make them excellent. I have not been in the area for long, but have heard many people say that the buffet is excellent. I will definately try the buffet in the near future.

The Cheese Shop is located in Colonial Williamsburg. The food is very good, but it is a little expensive for a sandwich (sandwich, chips and drink can be $8-9). They also have tons of fun specialty gift food items, which makes browsing fun. The ordering system can be very confusing for first-timers, which is a lot of their customer base being in Colonial Williamsburg (TONS of tourists). The store seems to be a mix between a very popular restautant and store, which makes things crowded and confusing. It is the only good sandwich place close to Colonial Williamsburg, and they have a great patio for warmer months.

Cracker Barrel is a great place to get a meal. It is conveniently located, and the food is always delicious. The selection is broad; they have salads, vegetables, meat, and great desserts. The servers are friendly and helpful, but sometimes the service is slow. At least there are things to do (the rocking chairs and shop) while waiting! This Cracker Barrel does not disappoint.
