Jerry at Bug Masters is an expert of ridding you of them. I have used him to take care of a carpenter ant nest in a tree outside. Finding those licensed for outdoor pest control is more difficult than I originally thought! He also has taken down a hornet's nest for me, taken care of an ant problem at my parents and a kitchen infestation at my in-laws. His prices are extremely reasonable.
