Old Navy is a great spot for baby clothes. Not only do they carry pretty quality merchandise, but they also price it reasonably. I do not want to spend a mint on something my baby is going to puke or poop on. With Old Navy, the kids look cute, and I'm not broke. If you wait until post-season clearance, there are great deals to be had. After Christmas I snagged toddler sweaters for $2 and baby onesies for $1. Keep your eye out for changing merchandise and rack up the savings!

I went here looking for a scratch and dent fridge. I found the scratches, but not the fridge. Almost all of them were extremely overpriced for the shape they were in. The sales staff was no help... they basically told me to wander around, which was better than having somebody trail me the whole time. However, I left without even thinking of purchasing anything. I had much better luck at Appliance World's scratch and dent center.

This Ace Hardware really has a little bit of everything. All of the aisles are nicely labeled with items in them saving you some wandering time. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Not only do they have everything you would expect, such as tools, hardware and home necessities, but they also have a little of the unexpected. They carry Yankee candles, have a very large paint department and have lots of home accessories. If you end up shopping here quite a bit, I recommend signing up for their frequent buyer card as it will save you money every time.

This salon is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, the locker room is full of plush towels, beautiful bathrobes (which you receive for your services) and plenty of private rooms for changing. I spent a day here with a bridal party and received a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. In between services, you sit in the relaxation room, which is indeed. There was a great fire going (it was Nov.), beautiful music and complimentary drinks, snacks and reading material. The services were all done wonderfully and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. All in all it was a wonderful experience. They have a great selection of services, as well as a good selection of prices. The simplest services are very reasonable, but they can get very intricate. Massages range from $45-$110, facials from $45-$100, etc. so there is a price point for everyone.

I was sorely disappointed at my last experience with Bartz. And it will be my last. The store was very dirty and the selection was spotty at best. They did have solid color party supplies, but beyond that, there was not much. There was one choice for 1st birthday party supplies and about 4 choices for bridal shower supplies. Your best bet is to go there looking for Wilton cake-making supplies. They seemed to have plenty of those. Other than that, the prices were high, the store is dimly lit (maybe so you can't see the prices) and about 1/4 of the shelves were just completely missing merchandise. On a brighter note, the staff was relatively friendly... maybe they should consider applying at Factory Card Outlet, which is where I'll be going from now on.

Jimmy John's has incredibly yummy sandwiches. Not only are they made fresh (and incredibly fast), they are easily personalized to your tastes. Add to this the fact that they deliver and you have yourself one heck of a sub place! They're great to dine-in as well if you are looking for a very casual place. The staff is friendly and quite funny... (picture Pike's market fish-throwing with sandwiches and you've got it). And of course, last and certainly not least, they are CHEAP!! $3.75 will get you an 8" sandwich that beats any major sub chain out there. Did I mention they're fresh and fast?

The New Berlin Jewel is a great grocery store with great prices. The competition between Pick-n-Save and Jewel is really heating up, driving prices down. This particular Jewel has a great produce section. However, the lettuce is all individually bagged, sometimes making it hard to choose the freshest one. The aisles are all nice and wide and the staff is helpful. They have complimentary wipes for the carts if you are putting children in and a great selection of groceries.

After shopping at every major store, plus a few extras, I decided on Lowe's for my new carpeting. The new Franklin store is gorgeous, the people are actually helpful and the selection beat Menard's and Home Depot hands down. The prices were listed up front and honestly. I knew exactly what I would be spending on carpet with an upgraded pad instead of being surprised at the register and it was cheaper than the major carpet stores I shopped at. The service was simply outstanding. They called me when they ordered the carpet, when the warehouse shipped it, when the store received it and again to set up an installation date. All of this was done 5 days SOONER than they said it would be. Tracy in flooring is absolutely superb and I would send anyone here without hesitation.

Beth is the most wonderful gynecologist. She takes her time with her patients and makes them feel like they truly matter. Although she does offer her opinions on medical practices, she does take into account the patient's wishes as well. I delivered my last child with her and she followed my birth plan to the letter, even though it was not the most convenient way for her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If they had 6 stars, she'd get them.

Children's Orchard is an incredible consignment shop. They have very nice, used quality clothing at completely reasonable prices. They also have baby gear, equipment, furniture and toys. The staff is great and the parking is ample. However, the space within the store is quite small for the amount of merchandise they carry. If you can leave the kids somewhere else while you shop for them, it can make this experience a lot nicer.
