I had a coupon for my maintenance service which made the price for a oil change more than competitive and was so happy when my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed!!! more

No loaners available for warranty repairs 3/24/2014

I had to bring my car for the second time to fix the radio under warranty. I was told they had only four loaner cars for the whole dealership-wtf. It would be a three week to wait to get an appointment and have a loaner car. Matt at the Jeep service desk was a smary ass and tried to tell me it wasn't under warranty. I like my Hyundai (other than this stupid radio issue), but this dealership is terrible. more

After buying a new car it seems you no longer matter. Asking for a car wash after an oil change seems hard for them to accomplish. I always get the same answer no one is there to wash the car. The positive is my Hyundai drives awesome and it's great on gas. more

Apparently Hyundai service is not open on Saturdays and you are sent to the Dodge/Jeep center right next door. Would be a good idea to let people know that when they make service appointments for Saturday. Had to give all my information again even though I already did when I made the appointment and when I bought the car. First service for my daughters 6 month old veloster with 3000 miles. They did an oil change only which took over an hour with a appointment. They didn't give me any inspection paper work I know they looked at it and said it was good but that was it. After getting home we noticed they some how made a 3+ inch scratch above the passenger 3rd door. How do you make a scratch that high up almost on top of the car? Will not be returning a $30, 1 and 1/2 hour oil change is costing me a couple hundred plus it was the first scratch on my kids new car so it really upset her. more

I've been a loyal 2 time owner of Hyundai for 15 yrs, even got my mom and neighbor to buy Hyundai's but in the last couple years the Puyallup store has gotten really bad. told me I needed brakes, and wanted to do them that day. I said no and went to Les schwab, and they told me I didn't need new brakes, after he told me that, he went to another woman in the waiting room and told her the same thing....I quit getting my oil changes from them. now I go to auburn way and they have changed service men so many times...??? but Pete from the Dodge store next store helped me and he was awesome...so much so that I bought a Dodge Dart Limited that night. just awesome. I was gonna buy another Hyundai from the Puyallup store and my husband and I drove in my 15 yr old elantra and the man would not even talk to us. No dicker, no price bantering...nothing...just looked at us and asked us what we wanted. we told him and he said, "Aint gonna happen" not for that price and walked away. Rude.....Rude Rude. To big for his britches. I think I'm done buying Hyundai, they have gotten to big for their britches.....snotty and rude. we purposely wore ragged clothes..and got the result we expected. We did the same thing a Neison 10 yrs ago with cash in our pocket and we looked like street people but within one hour, that man had us in a new truck. treated us like gold the whole time. Hyundai could take lessons from him. more

While I purchased my 2013 Elantra Limited in Renton I prefer using Auburn for my car's needs. I was surprised when I made my appt online to see Byron pictured in the service dept and checked making sure I did log on to Auburn, as luck would have he had transferred, so having met him previously and now choosing the Auburn location made things even better!!!!! more

Oil changes are fairly quick and they let you know with prices if anything needs to be done then or future 10/31/2013

Most of the time they get my car right in oil changes are pretty fast and there good at printing out other things that may need work in the near future more

Personnel at the Dodge lot were cold and I didn't feel like a customer. My review is a 3 and this is disappointing because the people at the Hyundai lot are very friendly. The service dept on sat isn't open there and I wish it was. more
