My boyfriend and I never really had a bad experience at Boston Market before, until this past thursday. A girl named Morgan waited on us. She seemed like she didn't want to be there at all, and went out of her way to treat us as if we were disturbing her. We waited about 5 minutes for her to acknowledge we were standing there (we were the only ones at the counter) and when she finally did come over, she tired to tell us how we were going to order because it was ""cheaper"". It was not cheaper, and it was not what we wanted. Rather than stand there and argue with her, I decided to just give in to try and make the experience less painful. An older woman approached the counter just then and announced that her meat was cold. Morgan grabbed her plate, sighed super loud, and then stuck her fingers in my mashed potatoes as she dripped gravy all through the steam pan of veggies and apples. The lady told her she was dripping gravy, again this was an inconvience for her. The final straw here was when she coughed and sneezed on her hands, again made physical contact with our food and her dirty hands, then wiped her hand on a dirty rag on the counter. We at this point said we were not eating there any longer, and that the service was awlful. Her response was ""alright"". I will never ever again go back to this place and it will be a long time before I even step foot in a BM.
