We're off to a great start 7/4/2013

Eric was fitted with expanders last visit and I was impressed with the thoroughness of their education concerning care of the expanders. They were kind and encouraged us to call or stop in with any questions. Much better than the threatening list of " don'ts" I got when I was a kid! more

I Look Forward to My Visits! 6/25/2013

Have about half of my orthodontic treatment to go...another year and half, but who's counting? I love the care I receive at Dr. Goins-Crank Orthodontics. The office staff have become my friends, I want to hug each of them every visit! I'm seeing my 53 year old teeth straightening up, I know the care I'm receiving is professional and tailor made for me. more

Abby went to Dr. Goins-Crank at 7yrs old and had serious issues corrected in a professional, caring way. We are going back for a milder correction now at 13 yrs old. We are very, very happy with the quality of care she receives here. The initial plans for adjustment Dr. Goins-Crank works up are amazing and she can make them happen! more

Dr. Goins is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to fully explain your options and her recommendations. The staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling issues or billing questions, and we have rarely been kept waiting beyond our scheduled appointment time. more

Friendly & Professional 3/13/2013

On April 26, I will have my braces on for one year. As a 53 year old woman, I am confident that Dr. Goins and her delightful staff will be able to straighten my teeth and correct my bite for the rest of my life! Although I have more than a year left in my treatment, I look forward to my visits, knowing that I am in good hands! Highly recommend this Orthodontist and office staff! more

The staff knows us by name when we walk into the door. My daughter is only 7 and sees the Dr every 3 months. She loves to go because she gets to go in the back alone and feels so grown up. The Dr is very personable and knowledgable. We are very happy with our ortho plan. more

A very attentive staff and friendly atmosphere! Dr. Goins-Crank wants to make sure your plan is customized to your needs. We placed a couple of emergency calls to the doctor and she returned calls in a timely manner and was very helpful. We had a very positive experience and recommend Dr. Goins-Crank! more

I decided to get braces at 27 years old. I was recommended to this office from my dentist, however I am very happy with the choice. The staff are always extremely personable. Doctor Goins is friendly, professional and seems to be very caring and cautoius in regards to making sure you get the smile you want! more

The people there are always very affable and conversational with me. I like their personalities. There is a very friendly atmosphere. However, I dislike having to wait in the chair for five minutes at a time while other people are getting their teeth done. If they aren't ready to do my teeth, why can't I wait out in the waiting area before going in? It would be logical to have one person working on each kid at the same time. But overall, I really like this office. :) more
