They stood me up! This is their 2 time. I booked and when I went they were closed! You think customer service would come first. Atleast call and notify clients. Never going back! more

It is funny that someone would post a comment that they had a pedicure at the body wrap and they do not even offer that service!!!!! and to the person that stated they were there once and had a horrible service because the little girl talked about her boyfriend all the time why would you even try to call back to get an appt. seems funny to me that you would call for three day to try and get an appt at a place that had such bad service. My cousin has worked there for four years and I love the services they offer and always had a great experience!!!! I couldn't even make a appointment. I have been calling for the past 4 days! I seem to ALWAYS get the answer machine. If they want clients. our business. our refers. our money. I would think they would have some type of professionalism going on and actually hire a reciptionist or something by now. Who would want to sit around and wait for them to call them. No . I called to another spa that gives me the time of day. Last time I was there, the girl that did my wrap just kept talking about her life. Her issues. Her boyfriend. I just kept thinking " Why would I honestly care about you? Aren't you here for me? " And when she would walk off I could hear her on her cell phone in the back. So if they have time for the personal BS why can't they answer the phone? Pros: Inch loss Cons: Thats if you can actually talk to someone to make a appointment. Listening to dumb little girls talk about themselves like it is still high school. Grow up already more

I have had a great experence!! Every one at the Body is very nice. They made me feel very confortable and every one is very professional. I purchased a package of Body Wraps and they had the best deals .I searched around. I lost 6 pounds and a total of 22 inches in 5 weeks.Wow !!!Pleased client Pros: Great service great deals more

This place is a complete joke. My mom got me a gift certificate for there for a pedicure and hot rock leg treatment. When I went to use it, they put me in a bare room with a little 18 year old girl doing a pedicure on me with her big caboodle of colored nail polish from Wal-Mart and the Dollar Store. It was like her personal collection from the 4th grade. She wasn't shy when I asked her if she went to school or had any training for doing pedicures, and she told me they hired her as a receptionist and she liked painting nails so they "trained" her to do it. Ha Ha. She used old frayed towels that looked like rags, and my foot soak consisted of putting my feet in a foot bath from Target while sitting in a folding chair. This girl took 3 and a half HOURS to do the job. The hot rock leg treatment consisted of her putting some lotion on my legs and rubbing it in with some stones for 5 minutes. Not even close to a spa pedicure and leg treatment, even though you pay the same amount. I could have done way better myself not to mention way faster, and it wouldn't have cost anyone anything.
