I couldn't even make a appointment. I have been calling for the past 4 days! I seem to ALWAYS get the answer machine. If they want clients. our business. our refers. our money. I would think they would have some type of professionalism going on and actually hire a reciptionist or something by now. Who would want to sit around and wait for them to call them. No . I called to another spa that gives me the time of day. Last time I was there, the girl that did my wrap just kept talking about her life. Her issues. Her boyfriend. I just kept thinking " Why would I honestly care about you? Aren't you here for me? " And when she would walk off I could hear her on her cell phone in the back. So if they have time for the personal BS why can't they answer the phone?
Pros: Inch loss
Cons: Thats if you can actually talk to someone to make a appointment. Listening to dumb little girls talk about themselves like it is still high school. Grow up already
