Every trip to Az we stop here. It's such a great place for kids. There's an indoor play area for different ages and games and rides if you want topay. It's nice and cool which is so important in the hot Az summers! You just can't beat a fun place for kids thats free! Caution though...large groups go so it can be quite caotic so watch your children closely and try to keep the 12yr olds out of the place for 2yr olds to play

I love going to Larada's... all though I don't go in that often... it has been a source of camping/ hunting gear for my family for at least 20 years. Granted the first experience is quite overwhelming with all the cool things but for those Military buffs... it can very well be a trip down memory lane or a place to show your pride in your service history. either way. Larada's is the place for me and my family...

Golfland is the perfect date night. Or even a night out with the kids. Ive never been during the day.. who wants to hit a ball around in the heat anyway right?
There are a couple of differnt courses, so wait time is never too long. I love the windmill, and lagoon.
Also they have an arcade area inside.. Plus the waterpark, which is a whole differnt experience.
They stay open pretty late, so if you need a good place to go after a dinner date for some fun, golf land is definatly it!

I recently moved into a new house with a pool and was very skeptical about it due to the fact that I have a 3 year old child. When I decied to take her to swim lessons I went to Swinkids USA inc. They did a great job teaching my daughter how to swim and what to do in case of an emergency. They teach the children how to blow bubbles and how to float on their backs when they get to tired to swim. My daughter is now an expert swimmer!

My kids love to visit this museum, and I've recommended it to lots of other moms. It's a great place to let the kids run loose for a few hours, especially when it is too hot to be outside. The section of the Museum called ArtVille is great for young kids (they recommend up to age 5, but I think it's better for ages 2-4). There is a "baby island" in the middle where you can let your crawler move around in a very stimulating (lots of mirrors, shapes, things to touch) padded area. The main section of the museum has changing exhibit; recently they've featured bugs and music (if i remember correctly!). I've never paid to go; every second Sunday of the month it is free; but I think that admission is around $3 per person. For more info check out the website:

Superstition Springs Golf Course is where my wedding and reception was held. We were married on the golf course (there were even golfers still playing the course) and the reception was inside the clubhouse. We were able to great great pictures since they allowed us to take a golf cart around to the different water features and holes for different backdrops. There is also a long staircase that extends down from the clubhouse. My Dad escorted me down these stairs and out to the grassy place where the wedding was held overlooking the lake. The wedding coordinator was very friendly and detailed and made the event a lot less stressful on the wedding party.

I've been intrigued with airbrushing recently, but I didn't know where to begin. The people at Space Age were very helpful and knowledgeable. I got an HP-C airbrush and Auto Air paint. My brother and I are having fun practicing before we airbrush his motorcycle helmet.

Truly enjoyed the experience. Instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The entire 'ordeal' turned out to be a great learning experience which helped make my vacation to Grand Cayman so-o-o much more fun. Do it all over again. In fact probably going back for more classes.

This is the best place to stop for tackle and supplies before going up on the to the lake or river. They staff is always helpful and friendly. It feels like a small town store. My kids always think it is so funny to go into a store and come out with a cup of worms. Parking is easy but come get a little busy during the summer.
