We needed a plumber to repair a leak. Found Ben Franklin in phonebook and had a visit scheduled or the next day. In addition to repairing the leak, he installed two other items that were not scheduled. He had the hot water heater in his truck and installed a water saver toilet. He wasted no time in getting these tasks done. He told us about the special contract that wee purchased. We felt that he was looking at our best interest. When we need a plumber we will call and ask for Joe Cataldi. more

LATE!!!!!!!!!!! 9/24/2010

We were called and told someone would be at our home within a half hour. And hour and ten minutes later I called to find out why nobody had come yet and was informed that unfortunately the plumber had been re-routed to an emergency call. Nobody called to let us know this and we sat around waiting. For a company that makes a big to do about saving you time and being on time for appts, this was really disappointing. more

Wonderful experience - John Anderson was the plumber 9/21/2010

We had an emergency sewer pipe break on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We also live out in the country in Maryland. John responded to our call and spent many hours fixing the problem. He was great. more

This was our first experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. The plumber was John Anderson. He was excellent, very professional, courteous and we feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely call again, when we need plumbing help. more

Laundry Pump 7/5/2010

Cameron was very professional. Knowing we were concerned about the recommendation that a previous plumber provided, Cameron was smart to recommend more than one option. Because of his flexibility and outside the box thinking our washer is working again without breaking the bank. more

Excellent service 4/26/2010

Jon was very nice and professional, taking the tme to explain anything and everything I asked. I appreciated the fact that he didn't give up when he had trouble clearing things up. Eddy had to come and camera it and agin he was nice and professional answering any questions I had. Everything is working well and if the need were to arise I would call on Ben Franklin. more

I have tried different plumbers over the years and decided to use Ben Franklin Plumbing in Wilmington after seeing their trucks. I initially had them come out to deal with a leak and they did a really fabulous job, which is why I called them back a second time to help me with something else. They were prompt and their service was very good. They explained to me what they were doing and why. They also adjusted certain things that were going to be to my advantage in the future. They were easy to work with and talk to. The second time I called Ben Franklin Plumbing, they came out and replaced my outdoor faucet for the hose. Another company had installed the one I had on there and it did not last very long. Ben Franklin Plumbing tested the new one and made sure everything was working properly. Again, the service was outstanding. more

I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing Wilmington because I had problem with my water heater and they were recommended. When I called, the lady on the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and informative. When the technician came out, I was running behind and not yet ready for him, but he was willing to come back an hour later. He explained everything clearly, and he replaced the circulating water pump. He was very professional and he did a good job. If I had to spend the money, I am glad I chose people as friendly and efficient as the professionals at Ben Franklin Plumbing Wilmington. They were wonderful. Rebecca Seller more

The Company is highly effective in making their clients satisfied. 4/5/2010

I've been using BFP for years. From the time a receptionst picks up the phone and follows through with an email until the repairman leaves my home, they are a respectable business. Puntual, courteous, friendly are words that describe their technicians. They are prepared to handle any plumbing need and respect your home. If something is still not right the following day, a repairman will come back and fix it at no charge. The Delaware BFP vans are seen everywhere. I am very pleased with the service I received. more

I will call them first whenever I need a plumber. 3/26/2010

I first used Ben Franklin Plumbing in February and they were so good that, when I had a different problem come up this month, I called them again. They are friendly, competent plumbers who know what they are doing. This recent problem was a cracked pipe that caused a bad leak over the weekend and, even though some of the work was covered under warranty, I decided to use Ben Franklin Plumbing instead of the warranty company. The plumber came out, gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work right then and there. It is hard to find reliable, trustworthy people. When you do find a good mechanic or plumber, you stay with them. I will call Ben Franklin Plumbing in Wilmington first whenever I need a plumber. Robert Beighley more
