I first used Ben Franklin Plumbing in February and they were so good that, when I had a different problem come up this month, I called them again. They are friendly, competent plumbers who know what they are doing.
This recent problem was a cracked pipe that caused a bad leak over the weekend and, even though some of the work was covered under warranty, I decided to use Ben Franklin Plumbing instead of the warranty company. The plumber came out, gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work right then and there.
It is hard to find reliable, trustworthy people. When you do find a good mechanic or plumber, you stay with them. I will call Ben Franklin Plumbing in Wilmington first whenever I need a plumber.
