We had a clogged toilet he showed up a few minutes later it was fixed. 1/23/2012

Our toilet was clogged and I always see the Benjamin Franklin trucks on the road. So I went online looked up there number and called. They picked up immediately and we scheduled for a plumber to come out that day!! When the plumber arrived he looked at the issue and explained to me what he needed to do. When the job was done he told me what I could do to maybe prevent this issue in the future, which i really appreciated. That was it quick, easy and all I had to do was make a phone call. Thanks so much! more

I was very happy with the services provided by Brian. He was fast, efficient cleaned up after himself. He also saved the cabinet in the bathroom and helped me to save money off costly repairs in the future. more

I picked this company out of a phone book when I got a leak in my sump pump. I loved them! The tech was nice, polite and was willing to work with me on price. I will definately use them in the future for my plumbing needs. more

We called, they came immediately!! I was so relieved as we thought we would have to wait days til someone was able to come out. The repair work was done in a most timely fashion, despite all the damage that was found caused by another contractor. They kept us up-to-date on all the problems and possible solutions and were very responsive to our questions and suggestions--so much that we had many more pipes replaced than just the one that broke! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BF plumbers to EVERYONE!!!!! more

The representative arrived on time. He diagnosed problem and gave me options,not trying to sell anything nor guilt tripping me if I didn't get the biggest and best. I was very impressed and will definitely call again. more

This company is great. We've used lots of contractors before, but Ben Franklin is on time, knowledgable, PERSONABLE, and easy to work with. I love the up front estimate (no games), and the ability to buy a maintenance plan. I plan to always use this company. more

Prompt and friendly service 3/28/2011

I had my gas line moved to allow for the installation of a new gas range. Ben Franklin was prompt and recommended a recessed wall hook up. They performed quality work. The people they have send to my home have always been very thorough and completed quality work. more

Both men(two separate visits) from Ben Franklin were professional and on time! They explained what they were doing and offered advice on new sink and disposal we needed.They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything when work was completed. Very pleased and would not hesitate to call again or to recommend them to my friends and family! more

needed a new hot water heater....emergency service 3/20/2011

We were extremely pleased and very satisfied with the prompt service and very pleasant attitude of the gentleman who came to service us. We had an emergency situation and within an hour we had a new hot water heater. We would definitely refer your place of business....excellent and thank-you! more

You need a Plumber , Go no farther , Call Ben Franklin , 3/16/2011

I have used other Plumbers before and their service dose not even come close to Ben Franklin employees, from when you call them ,to when their Tech comes to your home , on time ,polite , very friendly , clean looking , and treat your home as if they live there themselves . I'm sold on Ben Franklin Plumbing , and if Ben Franklin himself was still alive , he would be proud of them using his name and likeness on their trucks and company logo , They are the only ones I will call . more

Ben Franklin Plumbing has always come through for us, whether it be a small job like a leaking pipe, or a large job like a blocked sewer line. They come on time, respect your property and always take care of the problem in a timely fashion. I would recommed them to anyone looking for a good plumbing business. more
