I was in town visiting family and needed to get my brakes done. When I called I was quoted a price of 170.00 for the front brakes. I dropped it off that night and they said they would work on it first thing the next morning. I had to call back at 11:00 and was told it was just being looked at. 45 minutes later I got a call saying that all the brakes neeeded to be done for a price of 750.00. When asking what just the fronts would cost, was quoted 240.00, way over what I was told the night before. So I had them done, being in a hard place out of town. Then I had to call back at 3:30 and ask if it was done as I was trying to leave town. They said ""oh yea, it has been done for a while, come on over and I will track down the paperwork."" Just rediculous that I had to make all the calls to the service department. When I got there, the total bill was 268.99, even more than I was quoted on the phone. The crazy thing was that they wanted to charge me 500.00 for the rear brakes and when I got home, I changed them with lifetime pads for 132.00 and 1 hour of my time and that was going and getting them from the store. I do wish that I got paid 368.00 an hour for my work :) I called and spoke to the customer service manager regarding this. He stated that he would look in to this and would call me back....it has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from him. Go figure. I encourage everyone to NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IT IS HORRIBLE.
