Autoglass Xpress

Horrible experience. Windshield replaced by this company with very shoddy work. Windshield leaked and shorted out car's computer. Two tow bills, dealership bill to find out what was wrong. When they determined it was a leak from the windshield, this company refused to pay for a new computer for the car. more

they were called , said they would be out the next day with a new winshield and drivers side window they didnt show up till two pm , only had the drivers side window the tech put it in broke a part went to get a new one, took a part of my car door off then proceeded to tell me it was damaged in the storm which i knew diff. he mysteriously found a piece of my car in belleville where i live in his bag that was damaged in granite city. put it on left a screw out of my door said it was broke it was a screw. told me the windshield was coming to be put in by another crew they didnt show up till the next day i was told first thing they didnt get there until 3 pm and put it in fine, they were left an exstension cord by my husband to vacuum it out which is part of thier service .....they left it and took off for 400.00 oh btw they quated me 396 charged me 424. more

Did not have a good experience. The owner was insulting. The business area was disgusting. Mocked other customers after they left. Would not recommend. more

Came out and replaced my back windshield with a defective glass. It was so defective that the glass was overlapping the body of the car on the passenger side and you can see the hydrolic mechanism to lift the hatch through the gap between the glass on the body on the drivers side. Also there is still glass scattered all over the back part of my car. Every windshield replacement I have had included a thorough cleaning. There are huge chunks of glass that wasn't cleaned up. Called the manager to complain and he came out and admitted that something was wrong. They told me that the glass has to be shipped ""slow boat from China"" from wherever and it would take two weeks. It's been two weeks and no one bothers to call me, so I called them. I've been told that they don't know where it is and will call me whenever they find out something. We will see how this ends. more

I went here on recommendation when my driver's side window broke. They fixed the motor on the window and didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off. It's hard for me to really trust any auto repair shop but I really liked this place and I like even more that it is privately owned. more

I saw an ad on craigslist.org for a special that AutoGlass Xpress was running, which is why I decided to use them. They did a windshield replacement for me and it turned out perfectly. Their service was fast and their price was fair. Damon Perry more

I have used AutoGlass Xpress twice now. Greg, the owner, is top-notch. Initially, I went to them to get my mini-van window fixed, and they gave me a discount even though I did not have the actual coupon with me. I thought this was good business. I have since had AutoGlass Xpress repair a second windshield, which also turned out well. I would definitely recommend them. Go there and they will do you right. Art Duffy more
