The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

Reliable Service 4/3/2014

When rotating my tires they found a nail imbedded, even though they didn't have the tools to fix it, I was able to take it to a tire place and they patched it for free. This makes me feel really secure and cared about. more

Had a simple oil change/tire rotation done. Scheduled the service online which is nice and easy. Service manager was friendly and gave me status updates. Waiting area is nice, TV didn't turn on but I didn't care I was reading on my phone anyways. They didn't wash my car like the other Chevy dealership I went to last time did, not a big deal . Close to my house and convenient. more

Service Department Takes care of the customer!! 3/3/2014

Cindy has always been wonderful to work with, since purchasing our car from Auburn Chevrolet 2.5 years ago it has been in the service department every 6 months for warranty work, or recall items. Cindy is always prompt, courteous and always follows thru. When she isnt available Jason steps in and he just as pleasant to work with. I wish more companies has empoyees like these two!! Thank you both! more

Checked Tire Pressure and Car Smell 2/27/2014

Friendly, offered shuttle if work was not done in time. Tire pressure looked better but I think they only checked the car smell inside and not the burning rubber smell outside based on the receipt. more
