Fabulous Product & Customer Service 8/27/2010

We looked at fans at Home Depot & Lowes. For six fans we were going to pay around $1000. The install fee was going to be close to $500 - yikes. Then my husband saw an ad for Arizona Fans & Blinds in the paper that said they were cheaper than the ""big box stores."" We decided to check them out. So glad we did. The fans did cost us $1000 - but the install fee was included. The fans are high quality (esp. 3 of them). The sales person (Craig, the owner) was knowledgeable but not pushy. The installation took less than 3 hours - glad we didn't pay $500. Shop local - keep your money where your house is. more

Helpful and knowledgeable 8/15/2010

Craig really helped me out. Went in to buy a replacement glass piece for a ceiling fan. After some explaining he got me the right part and said here you go... I walked out with the right part for FREE. 5 years after the fan had been purchased there. Probably not the experience I would of had if I walked into Lowes or HomeDepot. more

Poor customer service 7/29/2009

I bought a fan from home depot and asked this business to be a subcontractor install my ceiling fan. The installation fee was cheap. It was installed great! But the weights flew off. Been trying to get the installer to come back. So far twice ive waited and never showed up. Its been almost 2 weeks i havent used the fan. Im very frustrated to which i thought this business is reliable from the reviews i read. Disappointing. I wouldnt recommend. Pros: The fan got installed & cheap fee Cons: Poor customer service more

Great customer service and prices. 8/3/2006

Hi, I have been working with this establishment for the past 6 or 7 years and have bought fans for three different homes (12 fans) over the years. I have always had great service, good deals and the installation was free. Unless you like to install a fan yourself... Recently had a fan go bad but was due to a manufacturer defect and not to do with the store and it's was all covered by the lifetime warranty on the fan and the best thing is, I didn't have pay anything extra for the warranty. Where can you go anymore and they will do that. So, I just brought it into the store and they replaced it, for free, now if I had wanted them to come out to my home and replace it, they would have done that and only charged a minimal fee, just for time and travel.\r \r So, I would always and have recommended this place to my family and friends.
