Wildflower Bread Company has a great weekly event for children. It is called "Cookies & Craft". At 3:30 on each Wednesday, an employee hands out a craft and necessary supplies (i.e. glue, crayons) to each of the children to work on. After about 15 minutes, they then come by with a glass of milk and chocolate chip cookie for each child. It is a really good program and the time even works well for those in school. The kids always seem to enjoy themselves. Thier bread is also very fresh and always tastes good.

Seattle expresso has delicious coffee, better than some of those "chain" coffee houses. They also have the nicest, friendliest staff you could ask for. Many of the customers are "regulars" so you know that you will get a consistantly good cup of coffee. Their blended coffee drinks are also very good and they are family-friendly. Try one of the desserts or baked goods from the dessert case-their scones and muffins are quite yummy! This is a popular place so sometimes you may have a wait, but the coffee is so worth it!
