GOOD QUALITY AND FAST SERVICE 12/26/2010

I went to American Tire Depot to replace my bald tire, as soon as I entered the shop the manager approached me and show me their different brands of tires, he even help me pick the right tires for my car. In just an hour they installed the tires and balanced my wheels. more

Poor customer Service 11/1/2009

I brought two cars in for four tires. Prices were decent. I left both cars at 11:00 AM and got a call that they were having trouble opening my BMW trunk. Explained how to open. Got a confirmation call that both cars were done at 2:30. Arrived on my way out of town in a rush to find that tires were never changed on the BMW. Employee said he called back and left a message. No missed call, no message. I informed him that this was upsetting. Manager came out and was hostile, stating "why are you bothering my employee. He also said that he had made the call. more
