I brought two cars in for four tires. Prices were decent. I left both cars at 11:00 AM and got a call that they were having trouble opening my BMW trunk. Explained how to open. Got a confirmation call that both cars were done at 2:30. Arrived on my way out of town in a rush to find that tires were never changed on the BMW. Employee said he called back and left a message. No missed call, no message. I informed him that this was upsetting. Manager came out and was hostile, stating "why are you bothering my employee. He also said that he had made the call.
