If you're wanting to try something slightly "less" than a facelift, then research Ultherapy and call Erin for an appointment here. They are professional and caring, the treatment is as near-painless as possible (for something that is going to make a real change!). I did not feel quite ready for an actual face-lift...but wanted a little "something" to help with sagging jowls and double chin...maybe a little "lift" to my eyelids...and Ultherapy just seemed custom made for someone like me. I had the procedure done yesterday and can hardly wait for the next 90 days to go by so I can see the results! I'll try to remember to return and give an update on that. While at this dr.s office, they were not going to tell me they didn't want to take insurance for a breast reduction so they left it up to the office manager who was and sounded like a complete idiot, using her arms to say I didn't get the whole picture! I am a nurse,I do get the whole picture. Also, Dr. Harris told me he would not take off the fat around my breasts just the extra breast tissue! I don't recall asking him to do liposuction or to comment about the fat under my arms/back. How rude! I would want someone to be honest with me about what you will do and not waste my time and send in the manager to act like as XXX! and make me feel not wanted! I wouldn't and didn't go back to this man! It's definitely for the young and rich and already beautiful! Sorry I didn't fit the bill! Zero rating is what I would give! What's this eh business? more

Saw Dr. Dulin after the receptionists had recommended him for a hand problem. I was totally unimpressed. He seemed to not care about my personal pain or condition. The visit was very short and he was completely preoccupied. He had zero concern, I couldn't wait to get out and he couldn't wait to get his money. I would never recommend him or his clinic to anyone. If I could have given him a zero star I would have. more

At the first appt I had no doubt he would be great and the experience ended up being awesome and continues to be smooth-sailing. His staff and nurses are also excellent at what they do, and are very professional and caring. The facilities are nice and updated. Alan Dulin, M.D. is the newest addition to The American Institute of Plastic Surger Center in Plano. Serving all of the Dallas Metroplex He completed his undergraduate degree at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he was named to the Dean's List and was awarded the President's Scholarship for his academic achievements. Dr. Dulin attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he was awarded the Barton Scholarship in his first year for outstanding academic performance. I was looking for a plastic surgeon and I came across this page and read the reviews. The last review caught my eyes and I had to see do research myself to believe what she said was true. I found this page regarding one of the plastic surgeon, Peter Raphael, MD?you can judge yourself if you want to go to this institute:\r \r www.ksat.com/health/2713371/detail.html\r \r On 12-12-03 the Board and Dr. Raphael entered into an Agreed Order that included a 45-day suspension, public reprimand, and probation for 10 years. The action was based on a determination of substandard care that resulted in the death of a patient receiving multiple plastic surgery procedures. The findings of substandard care included issues with anesthesiology, inadequate staffing, length of surgery and the high volume of liposuction performed in an unaccredited outpatient surgical center. more

As was mentioned in another review, PLEASE be wary of any establishment that does not encourage you to consult the physician prior to your treatment course. If you have a serious medical condition, do not trust your wellbeing and safety in the hands of either the aestician or the proprietor who are desperate to shove a package of procedures on you. The Dallas area is chockful of other facilites that will provide a SAFE and professional experience. Do not be fooled by the numerous amount of positive reviews for Laser Cosmetica as it would be very easy for the proprietor to have written all these reviews herself. PLEASE, do your research and ask people you know for their recommendation. Their are many better options. more

Dr.Scott Harris is amazing! I had a scar revised that other doctors would not even consider. They said it may come back and therefore was a waste of time. The scar was unsightly and I had been embarassed for years. Dr. Harris did explain that the scar might come back; but he would do the very best he could and continue to treat the scar. I was a young girl when I had open heart surgery and the scar on my chest was long and risen. I've never been able to wear any cute tops and always worried someone might see it. This might not be such a big deal to some; but it was huge to me. Since I was 12 I had to choose tops by first looking to see if the neckline came to my collarbone. It's not often that people really hear and ubderstand what your saying. It's been 12 weeks since the surgery and the scar looks better and is less than half the size. It spots it 's almost invisable! They are also equipped with advanced lasers and trained staff. They helped me make my face look the way it did 10 years ago.
