Consistency in Client Care with Excellence 1/8/2012

I started with Affinity Salon because of a referral after complimenting a friend's haircuts. My stylist for 5 years plus has been Sara. She has guided me through several hair lengths and styles, is always friendly and professional, and gives me great results. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend coming in to see what this Salon and Spa has to offer. Pedicures are great here, too! more

The Best in Dayton ! 12/23/2011

It seems like I've tried countless salons in the greater Dayton area. None compare to Affinity for service, creativity, and expert artistry in hair care. They go beyond just hair care though. Craig always has ideas about hair color, cut and shaping, and even how to adjust my makeup to coordinate with it. I'm not one to change styles frequently, but I trust Craig. When he suggests something new, it always turns out terrific just like he promised. He is an expert artist and I recommend him highly. more

Horrible Customer Service! 12/21/2011

Attended a spa party at Affinity & it was less than acceptable for the price we paid! 30 min services actually lasted 20 minutes and all of our pedis were HORRIBLE! Kristyn soaked our feet for about 2 min, removed old polish, cut toenails & polished! That was not the service we were told we would receive by the owner, which was the standard pedi: soak feet, remove polish, cut nails, file nails, buff nails, push back cuticles, massage feet and polish nails! She was also very unfriendly. She didn't even clean the pedi bowl out for each client! Very unsanitary. Owner wouldn't refund pedi $ and basically called us liars!?!?!? REALLY????? Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!! more

Perm with Brooke 12/12/2011

Brook is fairly new to me but with a strong recommendation from Kendall (who I trust completely!!) and did a perm for me. She was careful and professional and gave me lots of good additional advice for care of perms. I always enjoy my Affinity experience with either Kendall or Brooke - thanks for another successful adventure! more

In the past 2 and 1/2 years years that I've been going to David for my haircuts, I have NEVER gotten a bad cut. He rocks! Everyone in the salon really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. more
