Abc Towing

I do not know why others have negative comments about this company. I used its service twice in the last one month (headache problem with Volvo immobilizer) and have only good things to say about it. The people are very nice, the cost is inexpensive and the service is fast (you make a call and the truck is on the way to you shortly). I will definitely use the service if I ever need it again. Give a trial and you will not regret. more

ILLEGAL TOWING--This rating should actually be a zero star. Frank's ABC Towing illegally tows cars from the Hamilton company's parking lot on a regular basis. There is a 4 hour maximum parking time. I was towed after 2 hours. I have seen them tow a car under the maxium time limit multiple times. One time I said something to the tow truck driver about towing under the time limit. His response ""your're luck I didn't choose you."" The company has rude male employees who try to intimidate drivers, especially women, with their trucks. My experience on the phone with the company was appalling too. When I am towed and told on the phone by the man that he ""doesn't have time for a conversation,"" he is dead wrong. He will have all the time in the world to answer my calls and take care of my law suit when he scratches my car and tows it illegally. If I were the drivers for that company I would make $1000 a week if I got a dollar for every car I towed illegally. Any company affiliated with company is in cahoots-Mike's auto repair. Hamilton Company. Commonwealth Sports Club, etc... The companies allowing this towing company to be affiliated with them should be ashamed. Don't use any of their services because you will be at risk of being towed for no reason. Your visit will cost you $131 of your hard earned cash. more

Not even left a car just open door for my client the towing track come and take my car I jump to my in a car than he push me from a car and take my car a way , towing driver has a very strong alcohol smell . Ridicules?. more

These men get paid to steal your car, and will hold it for ransom until you can shell out $114 in cash. Their employees are rude, RACIST, dirty, foul-mouthed, uneducated trash who will go out of their way to screw you over if they suspect that you a college student, wealthy, or a minority. **Don't be fooled by the 5-star review by germarbetz!** It is clearly the owner or an employee of ABC towing delivering a biased review of their own business. I mean come on! Look! Germarbetz says: ""I needed to get my car towed to the dealer. ABC had the best price, showed up right on time, took good care of my car, and the driver was very good to work with - what more can you want!"" This review sounds like it was written for a commercial... they don't even try to sound like an actual customer... I was not angry about my car getting towed, I was confused because I was in the store whose parking lot I was in. I asked the representative how to dispute this and he said to e-mail him. I tried to e-mail the owner and explain to him my situation, he was rude to me and incorrectly corrected my grammer (to him, it is ""your welcome"" not ""you're welcome""). His last attack was this: ""Thank you for visiting the United States we appreciate your tourism and have no issue with you leaving to your native country."" Although politely written, it is obvious that in the context of the situation, he was attacking my citizenship and my minority status. As a company, they do their job efficiently.
