The fitting of the alarm was quite a lengthy process (about 5 hours) but the engineers did a marvellous job with all the wires, either hiding them or making sure that they were not unsightly. They also made slight changes to the installation plan to ensure the best protection possible. We opted for sensors upstairs and downstairs as well as a door sensor. This allows you to protect the whole of your home when going out or selected areas at different times. How easy is it to use? Both my children have been able to set and de-activate the alarm since they were 10 & 12 and if they can remember how to then anybody can!! more

I am so pleased and happy that my wife and I decided to get ADT as our home security. So far, they are doing great, no problems at all. This particular salesman from ADT was great. Very easy going and didn't have an agenda or bad quality to him at all. Based only on this sales rep I signed up for ADT service. more

All of them are arrogant, insensitive, corrupt ADT employees that want your money only. They are asking only for a class action lawsuit. If we all discontinue with them they will have no one to rip -off. ADT you made the top of my list of the most hated companies! more

I have ADT alarm system and I am currently planning to switch it. I pay over $120/month for their services and I want the public to be aware of their false advertising and they should be sued for lying to the customers. I found this out when I was overseas for an official trip. more

comfortable 10/13/2012

I have had ADT for many years and always get a fast response when the smoke detector goes off or if I change batteries in the sensors. We have pets and feel comfortable knowing that if a fire started, there would be an instant response. I always feel safe at home especially during night tim. ADT keeps me safe always. more

I read a lot of reviews and considered ADT and another company. I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system. more

Our installer was very professional and answered all our questions. The installation literally took about 1 hour to complete and was completely seamless. I now highly recommend ADT to all my friends and neighbors. more
