A nice service, they came out, took my dog for walks and played with him. Some places will clean the yard of the little guy's droppings...but that wasn't a service they said they...

Service that's a step above 10/21/2010

Janna has always been efficient, compassionate and available with reasonable notice. Her many years of exerience and training background make her highly qualified to deal with a wide range of temperaments. My dogs love her because they know that they'll get 'relief' and a chance to stretch their legs and play in the backyard a bit. All in the privacy of their own home -and comfort zone. more

Couldn't be Happier! 10/21/2010

I've been using A Family Friend Pet Service for a number of years but need them more then ever lately. I don't like kenneling my dogs when I travel but I need someone who has the skill to know how to deal with senior dogs with health issues and more recently deal with a wild and crazy puppy. Family Friend is extremely reliable and caring. I recommend them highly! more

Excellent Pet Sitting! 10/19/2010

I have used A Family Friend Pet Sitting for 4 years, for both daily dog walking and extended vacation service. Very professional and loving with the animals. My dog is always very excited to see his friends from A Family Friend. On a recent extended vacation, our 16 year old cat in failing health, thrived with the attention she received and the dilligence shown to ensuring that she took her medicine and ate! more

Family Friend has watched my cat- Toby when I travel. They are so nice and really go beyond the nortmal pet sitter---play with him, feed & fresh water, and always cleaned the litter box. I trust no one else to care for my "buddy"! Toby like them so much, he cries & meows whenever she comes over. I highly recommend. Alan. W- Elgin more

my little puppy 8/11/2005

A nice service, they came out, took my dog for walks and played with him. Some places will clean the yard of the little guy's droppings...but that wasn't a service they said they would do. I found a local retired guy to do it for $10/week. it's a nice service to have to let the dog play while I'm at work. more
