Brake Repair Auburn WA 3/8/2011

I had a great experience. It started when i made the appointment. They asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my responses about what was going on with my car. I had taken my car to several shops and none of them really tried to solve my problem. While the problem hasn't been solved in one visit, the owner has made arrangements with me to monitor my issue to see if we can solve the problem. I am agreeable to this since I don't want to spend a ton of money on repairs that i don't need and the folks are going to help see to that. more

Outstanding Service 2/12/2011

1st Auto Service has provided my family with excellent service for over 15 years. They have maintained and repaired our Jeep Cherokee, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Audi 4000, and are now taking care of my Yukon. Their customer service is great and the quality of their work is top notch. I have always appreciated their knowledge, honesty and reliability. more
