Hi I would like to share my very negative experience with their customer service/reception clerk.
I want to sign up a class, during the day I called them to confirm the closing time was 8:00 pm, I came to thge club at 7:35 pm, but was told the club was closed, had to come the next day to sign up the class, nor could we take a look at facility.
To make it worse, we don't think the lady at the front desk was nice to us, no greeting hello, no smile, not a slightest sign of feeling sorry for the inconvenience the early closing caused us.
This is definitely once of the worst customer services I had. Feel deeply disappointed.
