I had Mount Prospect Plumper out this weekend when my water heater stopped
working, I called and talked to a nice representative. The serviceman quickly followed up and told me he was on the way with 20 minutes. And he was! He arrived and had the problem diagnosed within other10 minutes, and came up stairs explaining the problem to me then gave price for the part up front. After I approved the replacement, he had it installed within 15 minutes and had my water heater back-online. All in all, it
was five star service at a fair price with friendly people. Thanks.
