I want to let you know of the astounding service we received from your salesman Mauricio Coto. We came in a couple of Sundays ago based upon an ad that we saw about a vehicle that listed at $3000. That was our budget and it was all we had. Marurico greeted us the moment we walked onto the lot and immediately put us at ease. We had been to many other car lots where salesmen made it very clear to us that our budget was unrealistic and basically made us feel inadequate, didnt help or kept trying to get us to spend more money than we had. Maruricio on the other hand, made it clear to us, that yes, it was a small budget, but he would make a deal happen - it was the first time I felt like we might actually be able to get a car. Our first Sunday at your lot was unsuccessful, but Maruricio took down all our info and told us he would be in touch within about 3 to 4 days once he'd had some time to look into the new inventory. I trusted him completely and didn't even bother to look while I was waiting for his call - I got my call as promised. To make a long story short, I was able to increase my budget just a bit and Maruricio stood true to his promise and got us a great first car for our 16 year old daughter. You have one incredible fine gentleman working for you and we are truly grateful for all the hard work he did to obtain a vehicle for us. But, we are especially appreciative of the wonderful and respectful way he treated us even though we were a small sale. We will definitely come back and buy another car from Maruricio and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.
