My mother and I recently purchased a 2010 pre-owned Toyota Corolla from Mike Jones and Edwin Garcia. Mr Garcia was in training during this purchase, and I wanted to let you know that he handled himself very professionally. My mother had been in a recent car accident and had not been in a car to drive for the past 4 weeks since the accident. Mr. Garcia was extremely sensitive to this issue with my mother, and acknowledged the fact that her first time back in a car, after serious accident was a difficult transition to make... yet one she wanted and needed to do. He did not talk a great deal to her while she was attempting to drive for the first time, and this was important to her... He realized that distractions such as this are difficult to deal with, particularly with an 83 year old woman, and I appreciated that very much... Thank you for acknowledging and recognizing this about Mr. Garcia. I believe he has a bright future with Fred Haas.
