I lost my stylist, had a bad experience at another salon, and happened upon the Trashy Roots website because I needed the color/cut fixed. From the very start - my upset 'I need help' phone call - all the way through the entire experience, I felt like I was being listened to and like my business mattered to them.
Angelia was friendly, compassionate and informative, explaining everything she was doing all along the hair-repair visit. She addressed allergies that I had, made sure I had a hair product that I needed, let me know my hair styling options without putting a lot of product in my hair that I wouldn't use. The atmosphere was comfortable - funky and eclectic, everyone was friendly, the prices were phenomenal and I didn't have to drive into Austin.
I felt perfectly comfortable and my business partner and daughter are both booking appointments.
Oh, and by the way - I went shopping after. No less than twenty people commented on my 'great hair'. I have *never* had so many people ask me about where I got my hair done. I wish I'd have taken a handful of business cards with me!
