Some persons might go to the head of a firm to complain of service, or for some other reason of dissatisfaction. However, this is not the case with Mr. Kris. I think when a person excels at their work they should be recognized for their performance at the highest level. Kris listened to our criteria and found a highlander the right color and equipment even to a factory installed running board. He was accommodating; taking the time to answer my questions, resolving my concerns and especially those of my wife. Mr. Yoosefi made us feel special. He is an asset to your organization. You would do well to have him as a mentor to new sales associates.
