I wish to thank both of you for your kindness in helping me to be able to purchase a new car from your dealership. Week before last I realized it was time to part with my twelve year old Mercedes E-320. Being a widow it was overwhelming for me to think of car shopping and I was so delighted with Greg offered to take me out to look for a new car. Not even having a clue what I wanted he offered to make me to your dealership. It seems he had called you and you told him who to talk with. After driving both the Camry and Avalon I loved them both. After much thought I decided upon the Avalon only because you made it affordable to me. It seemed to be more the size I was used to driving. I was sort of sad to be giving up my much loved Mercedes however, upon driving the new Avalon off your lot I have not had one thought of the Mercedes. The car is beautiful and drives like a dream. Thanks so much for your kindness. I would also like to tell you that I have never dealth with nicer, kinder sales personnel when purchasing anything. Their calls before the sale and since the sale have been so kind and much appreciated. Sayed Ali was so informed and helpful regarding information about the cars. Mr. Salehoun was so nice and so helpful. Alex Saavedra, your finance manager, is a jewel to have been so kind and patient with all my questions. Your facility is beautiful. again thank you for doing all you have for me regarding my new car. I would recommend Fred Haas Toyota to anyone
